What it includes:

Personalised Care Plans – bathing, showering, toileting, grooming dressing and oral hygiene.
Meal Support – meal planning, preparation, cooking and feeding assistance.
Moving Around – mobility support with walking, wheelchairs, mobility aids, transfers from bed to chair to toilet, positioning to prevent discomfort or injuries.
Household Tasks - cleaning, laundry, home organisation, shopping.
Medication And Health – reminders to take your medicine, basic health monitoring, appointments, scheduling and attending medical or therapy.
