How it works
Short Term Respite with Regina Care
Caring for someone can be incredibly rewarding, but it’s also natural to need a break. That’s where we come in. Our respite care services provide temporary support, giving you time to rest, recharge, or focus on other responsibilities- all while ensuring the person you care for receives professional and compassionate attention.
We want your stay with us to feel like home away from home. Our experienced staff provide support with meal preparation, personal care, mobility, medication management, companionship, and all essential daily tasks. We encourage you to build your independence through activities like cooking, cleaning and other life skills of your choice.
STR homes are designed to meet NDIS standards, featuring wheelchair accessibility, grab rails, adapted bathrooms and safety systems. Participants can enjoy private bedrooms and shared common areas, creating a home-like atmosphere. The comfortable living environment is clean and welcoming with nutritious food provided.
We organise enjoyable activities such as arts and crafts, games, movie nights, and outdoor adventures to keep you entertained and engaged. Our respite programs can build friendships and a wonderful sense of community by supporting your social interactions.
We aim to make your time with us comfortable and welcoming, with opportunties for relaxation, recreation and community participation based on your goals and preferences. Our focus is to provide a short stay experience that is personalised to your individual needs, with supports delivered in line with your NDIS plan and your choice and control.
Get ready for good vibes, great company, and a place where you can be yourself, because your time with us is all about YOU!
